European alternatives to RightSignature

RightSignature rarely comes up as a deliberate first choice; it is almost always inherited. Organizations looking to replace it should start with their actual requirements: if they need eIDAS QES or QTSP status, Scrive, Penneo, or Yousign are the appropriate replacements. If they need a straightforward signing tool with EU data hosting, Yousign, Autenti, or Paperless are cleaner options. Avtal is the right choice specifically for Swedish SMEs who want to move off an inherited signing tool and consolidate contract templates, editing, and signing under one EU-hosted product — it is not trying to be a full-featured enterprise signing platform, and that simplicity is a feature for its target user.
