European alternatives to Dockwa
Dockwa dominates US booking but has no EU data centers, no GDPR compliance, and charges per-booking commissions. European marinas need different economics and data sovereignty.
Dockwa's model is a US consumer-facing marketplace where boat owners discover and book berths at participating marinas, with Dockwa taking commission on each booking. EU marinas leaving Dockwa face two choices.
